During levels 3 and 4, our doors have been locked to try and minimise risk of spreading the infection. Moving into level 2, we will continue to keep our doors closed.
Instead, we prefer our patients communicate with us through the phone and through e-consultations on MMH to enable us to reduce waiting room congestion and for patients to experience better planning in their healthcare interactions.
Script requests can be done through the script line, through MMH or forms can be dropped into our drop box in the atrium (this will be installed in the coming days). This process will be similar for other forms or materials that need to be dropped to the centre to reduce the amount of traffic through the centre.
Be reassured that we are here for your healthcare needs and see this as an improvement in processes resulting in patients having to spend less time sitting in congested waiting rooms.
