Now that we are back into level 1, we have switched Manage My Health bookings back on. This means you can book phone and face to face appointments online.
Please note, you will now see phone consultation specific appointments which can ONLY be booked for phone consultations. If you book one of these hoping for a face to face appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
Now included on the online booking journey are some screening questions. You will be asked:
- If you have travelled overseas or worked at any kind of transport port.
- If you or any member of your household have been tested for Covid and are still awaiting a result or have returned a positive result.
- If you or anyone in your household has been a close contact of anyone who may have been exposed to Covid-19.
- If you have any flu like symptoms.
