In response to the national shift to level 1, we have now opened our doors and are seeing more patients for face to face appointments.
However, we are continuing with phone, video and e-consultations and would encourage patients to give these options a try if they do not need to be physically seen. Phone consultations are set at a reduced fee to support patients trying new ways of interacting with their GP.
Our online booking platform, Manage My Health will be turned back on when an upcoming upgrade allows patients to be able to select what type of appointment they would like to make – phone, video or face to face. In the meantime, all appointments can be made over the phone.
In an attempt to minimise congestion and potential infection risk, we ask that all repeat prescriptions and forms be posted in the mailbox in the foyer. Accounts can be paid online through online banking and over the phone. We will soon have an online system where you can pay your account by eftpos or credit card.
We would once again like to thank our patients and our local community. There was a lot of change, in a very short period of time and we appreciate your patience and support during this time.
