Why we aren’t taking online bookings

The Covid-19 pandemic has created an uncertain environment where requirements are changing constantly. At Silverstream Health Centre, we want to ensure we are adhering to current protocols so we are keeping our patients and staff safe.

This means that we need to screen all patients for cold and flu like symptoms BEFORE they visit the practice. Therefore, we must take all appointment bookings over the phone so our team can ask the screening questions and give the appropriate advice.

As soon as we are in a position to switch Manage My Health bookings back on, we will do so.

Remember, we also offer telephone and e-consultations if you would like to speak to someone without physically coming into the practice.

Repeat prescriptions can still be ordered through Manage My Health and sent directly to your pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions forms must be dropped into the mailbox in the foyer.
