We would like to remind all of our patients, both enrolled and casual that if you have cold or flu symptoms, or feel that you need a Covid test to please PHONE US BEFORE YOU COME IN. This is to keep the community and our staff well.
We will be asking screening questions when you make an appointment and as you enter the building. Please answer these honestly and please be kind to the staff doing this screening, it is to keep us all safe
We also ask that you only call if you have a need we can assist you with directly. We are experiencing large numbers of phone calls so please be patient.
Remember, we offer phone and e-consultations. These are a great option if you have an issue that does not require a physical examination.
All prescriptions can be ordered through Manage My Health and sent directly to your pharmacy. If you are leaving an order on our script line remember to include who your pharmacy is so we can send the script directly there for you pick up.
If you need to order your prescription in person, please drop your completed form in the box in our foyer.
Other things to remember:
- Avoid unnecessary trips to the health centre
- Please arrive for your appointment at the time arranged so we can keep the number of people in the waiting room to a minimum and try to come alone if possible
- Respect the 2 metre rule social distancing rule at all times
