Under level 2, patients will be required to:

  • Be wearing a face coverings in the practice (everyone 12 years and older).
  • Anyone accompanying a patients will need to scan/sign in. This is a mandatory requirement for health facilities . Staff and patients do not need to scan in as we will already have a record of them.
  • Ensure they do not physically come to the building if they have cold or flu symptoms, we will run dedicated clinics for these patients and they will all be triage by telephone first and access the building through a different door to help keep our staff and other patients safe.
  • Continue to social distance – this includes 1m spacing in our waiting room, using telehealth where possible, using our SMS/email invoicing to reduce contact with reception, using our drop box for paperwork.
  • Say yes to a test. Swabbing still available and we are currently working towards becoming an approved COVID vaccination site.

Evening clinics return from Wednesday 8th September. We are also able to offer full services (including minor surgery, cervical screening) from this date.

Face to face appointments available from Wednesday 8th September.
