If you are planning to travel in the coming months, we can help you with your vaccinations and travel health needs. Just book an appointment with one of our team and we can advise you about what you need for your trip and we can arrange any additional vaccinations you may need to make sure you’re covered. Travel vaccines are viewed as medicines that need to be prescribed so you will need to see a GP initially. Once your vaccination has arrived you will be contacted and have an appointment made by a nurse.
Please book appointment at least 6 weeks in advance travel so we have time to get you properly covered. You must also complete the questionnaire below prior to your appointment.
Please note: the travel clinic is for Silverstream Health Centre registered patients only.
Silverstream Health Centre advises that you should always take out a travel insurance policy ahead of travel to cover yourself in any unexpected situations.
Vaccines we routinely stock
- tetanus/diphtheria/whooping cough
- hep A
- hep B
- hep A and B combo
- hep A and typhoid combo
Please note: we are not a yellow fever gazetted centre

- Dr Cheryl Archer on the fourth Thursday afternoon of each month
