Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Clinical Nursing

Cathy has worked at Silverstream health Centre for 14 years. Her areas of interest are in improving health outcomes for patients. She aims to do this through education and empowering people to partner in their health choices and treatment. Her areas of responsibility are cervical smear recalls, insulin starts and ongoing management of type 1 and 2 diabetics on insulin and she has a special interest in palliative care and vulnerable children. Cathy’s personal hobbies are travel, gardening, cooking and family get togethers.
